At Tupelo Spaces, we work together with you to ensure we find the best workspace for your business using a clear, straightforward process.

With just a few basic factors, we can zero in on your company’s needs and narrow the search down to only those offices that will suit you best.

Not sure whether a long or short term option is best for you? We can run both searches alongside each other and give you the information you need to make the right choice for your business.

Here we try and understand your search, making sure we have the information to present the most relevant options.

Using the information from our initial consultation, we utilise our internal database of available office space to sort through every available workspace in your desired area to present to you.

With a pure short term search we can usually complete this search in 24 hours, we will present our suggested options alongside some wildcards that may work. We often jump on a quick call to help finalise the options to view.

If long term space is a consideration for you, the search takes up to 5 days to complete to allow us time to explore both on and off market options before finalising the options to view.

Now we have a list of firm favourites to consider we handle all admin for you.

We book in dates and times for you to view each property and in most situations will be with you on the tour to make sure you maximise the time you've allocated.

For searches with multiple people involved that may not be able to attend the first viewing we will take photos and videos for you to circulate amongst the team after the viewing, this means you can fully focus on what you're viewing.

Sometimes there's a clear front runner, sometimes there's 2 or 3. We'll help get you the info you need to focus on whether the office will work for you, this can often include:

  • Layout changes and build costs
  • Putting together cashflow analysis and financial analysis
  • Team Surveys

Our team’s market knowledge gives you the information and support you need to negotiate the best deal possible on your favourite space.

Here your new space is signed for and the deposit first instalment of rent is paid.

With a short term space this happens almost immediately as it's usually a simple 5-7 page document.

With long term space this stage takes much longer (closer to 2 months) due to the complexity of the 50-60 page agreement.

Now we've found you your dream office it's time to enjoy it and focus on growing your business.

But we understand that things change and we make sure to keep in touch with you throughout your agreement so that if office space does find its way back onto your agenda, we're there to setup you up for success the next time around.
