Privacy Policy

We ask that you read this website privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are, how and why we collect, store, use and share personal information, your rights in relation to your personal information and on how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

Who we are

This website is operated by Tupelo Property Limited.

Tupelo Spaces operates as both an office broker and an office agent depending on the scenario.

As an office broker we have framework agreements in place with the flexible office operators that mean they pay our fee and therefore no fee is charged to you as the acquiring tenant. For the avoidance of doubt this covers the bulk of serviced and managed offices, occasionally this can cover conventional leasehold. In this scenario we may need to share information about your search with the operators to make sure the offices we suggest are new to you and are relevant. When appropriate we will ask flexible office operators to contact you directly to expedite the office acquisition process. In most circumstances, we will only do this once a deal is agreed.

As an office agent we are appointed by the acquiring tenant to represent you in the search and acquisition of a new office. In this role, framework agreements with the landlords do not exist and therefore we will agree fees with the tenant before starting on a project.

Our aim in either role is to find you the ideal office leveraging our network and expertise. We will continue to help source your workspace until you tell us that you no longer require our assistance.

We collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you. When we do so we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom) and we are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.
